Laevisoolithus is an oogenus of fossil egg.Carpenter, K. 1999. Eggs, Nests, and Baby Dinosaurs: A Look at Dinosaur Reproduction (Life of the Past). Indiana University Press, Bloomington, Indiana. Its sole oospecies, L. sochavai, is native to the Nemegt Formation in Mongolia. Laevisoolithus is characterized by its thin, smooth eggshells.
