The Lakeland Conference is an athletic conference for high schools in southwest Michigan in the United States. Founded in 2022 with the inaugural season of play in 2022-2023, the conference is a reboot of the old Lakeland Athletic Conference to which it shares a similar geographic footprint, school membership and historic rivalries.{{cite web | url=https://www.leaderpub.com/2021/12/17/new-athletic-conference-gets-the-go-ahead-for-school-boards/#:~:text=This%20week%2C%20the%20school%20boards,begin%20play%20in%20fall%202022 | title=New athletic conference gets the go-ahead from school boards | date=17 December 2021 }}{{Cite web|url=https://www.southbendtribune.com/story/sports/2021/12/17/dowagiac-high-school-leave-wolverine-conference/8938859002/|title=Dowagiac to leave Wolverine Conference|first=Jack|last=Walkden|website=South Bend Tribune}}
