Las Flores Partido is a partido of Buenos Aires Province in Argentina.

The provincial subdivision has a population of about 23,000 inhabitants in an area of {{convert|3340|km2|sqmi|0|abbr=on}}, and its capital city is Las Flores, which is {{convert|186|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} from Buenos Aires. It is connected to the rest of the province by National Route 3 and Provincial Routes RP 30, RP 61 and RP 63.
