Leppneeme is a village in Viimsi Parish, Harju County in northern Estonia.{{EHAK|4299}} (retrieved 27 July 2021) It is located about {{convert|14|km|0|abbr=on}} northeast of the centre of Tallinn, on the northeastern coast of the Viimsi peninsula by Muuga Bay. Leppneeme harbour is the main point for traffic to and from the island of Prangli. The corresponding harbour on Prangli's side is in Kelnase.
