Early life and education
Baumann was born and raised in Lubbock, Texas. She attended the University of Texas for her undergraduate studies, and later graduated from Baylor College of Medicine. Career
In 1997, Baumann founded the University of Miami Cosmetic Center, the first university-operated center dedicated to cosmetic dermatology in the United States.{{cite journal| title=Spotlight on Leslie S.
