Leslie Eric McLean (19 April 1918 – 16 December 1987) was an English first-class cricketer.
McLean was born in April 1918 at Lynton, Devon. He was educated at Bishop's Stortford College,{{cite web|url=https://cricketarchive.com/Archive/Players/31/31380/all_teams.html |title=Teams Leslie McLean played for |publisher=CricketArchive |accessdate=2019-07-05 |url-access=subscription}} before going up to Christ Church, Oxford.{{cite book |title=Oxford University Calendar |date=1943 |publisher=University of Oxford |pages=583 |url=https://books.google.com/books?id=vxJ1BNKewtgC |language=en}} While studying at Oxford, he made his debut in first-class cricket for Oxford University against Derbyshire at Oxford in 1939. His first-class and minor counties career was ultimately cut short by the Second World War. He served in the war with the Royal Marines, enlisting as a second lieutenant in November 1939.{{London Gazette|issue=34724|date=3 November 1939|page=7409}} He was made an acting temporary lieutenant in March 1940,{{London Gazette|issue=34807|date=8 March 1940|page=1393}} before being made a temporary lieutenant in April 1940.{{London Gazette|issue=34854|date=21 May 1940|page=3031}} He died at Guildford in December 1987.
