Alexis Ann Crooke is an Australian former professional tennis player.

Crooke, a native of Queensland, won the girls' singles title at the 1967 Australian Championships, under her maiden name Lexie Kenny.{{cite news |url=http://nla.gov.au/nla.news-article106987106 |title=New No 1 in tennis |newspaper=The Canberra Times |date=17 January 1968 |page=31 |via=National Library of Australia}} She was a women's doubles quarter-finalist at the 1969 Australian Open.
