Lilia Cosman (born August 6, 2007) is a Romanian-American artistic gymnast. She joined the Romania women's national artistic gymnastics team in 2022, becoming the national champion on the uneven bars. She represented Romania at the 2024 Summer Olympics.

Cosman became age-eligible for senior international competitions in 2023.
