Lisa Loven Kongsli is a Norwegian actress.

Kongsli debuted as an actress in 2008, and has since had key parts in Norwegian{{cite web|first=Jan-Olov|last=Andersson|title=– Jag tog ut all fanskap i filmen|url=http://www.aftonbladet.se/nojesbladet/film/article19410966.ab|work=Aftonbladet|date=August 23, 2014|accessdate=April 29, 2016|language=Swedish}} and other films, including Fatso (2008), Knerten (2009), and The Orheim Company (2012).

She played the role of the prime minister's wife in the TV series Occupied (2015).
