This article lists the vice presidents of Catalonia, the second most senior position in the Government of Catalonia. The position, previously known as First Minister ({{langx|ca|Conseller Primer|translation=First Councillor}}), Chief Advisor ({{langx|ca|Conseller en Cap}}), Chief Executive Officer ({{langx|ca|Conseller Delegat}}) and Head of the Executive Board ({{langx|ca|Cap del Consell Executiu}}), is optional and is appointed by the president of Catalonia.
