Lomagna (Brianzöö: {{lang|lmo|Lumàgna}}) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Lecco in the Italian region Lombardy, located about {{convert|25|km|mi}} northeast of Milan and about {{convert|20|km|mi}} south of Lecco.

Lomagna borders the following municipalities: Carnate, Casatenovo, Missaglia, Osnago, Usmate Velate.
