Guy Lindsay Lewis "Lou" Reiffel (5 November 1910 – 16 November 1977){{cite web|url=http://australianfootball.com/players/player/Lou%2BReiffel/6043|title=Lou Reiffel - Player Bio|publisher=Australian Football|accessdate=28 December 2014}} was an Australian rules footballer who played with Melbourne and South Melbourne in the Victorian Football League (VFL).
Reiffel played in two premierships for Ballarat Imperials in 1929 and 1935 and also won the 1935 Ballarat Football League's goalkicking award with 81 goals,{{cite web |title=1935 - Ballarat Imperials Premiership |url=https://trove.nla.gov.au/newspaper/article/11772223 |publisher=The Argus (Melbourne, Vic) |access-date=21 May 2024 |page=13 |date=30 September 1935}} before he started his VFL career in 1936, as a 25-year-old.{{cite web |url=http://afltables.com/afl/stats/players/L/Lou_Reiffel.html |title=AFL Tables: Lou Reiffel |website=afltables.com}} He kicked at least one goal in all of his 16 appearances in 1936, including two finals, finishing the year with 31 goals. The following season, in round 16, he kicked a career best eight goals against Collingwood.
During the 1939 VFL season he made the decision to switch clubs, costing him a chance of playing in Melbourne's premiership win that year.
