Louis Fouché (born 21 March 1970) is a retired South African javelin thrower.

He won the gold medal at the 1993 Summer Universiade,{{World Athletics}} the bronze medal at the 1993 African Championships, finished fifth at the 1994 World Cup, fifth at the 1994 Commonwealth Games,{{Cite web |url=http://www.thecgf.com/games/results.asp |title=Results |access-date=2015-12-12 |archive-url=https://archive.today/20120914052130/http://www.thecgf.com/games/results.asp |archive-date=2012-09-14 |url-status=dead }} won the bronze medal at the 1995 All-Africa Games,{{cite web|url=http://www.gbrathletics.com/ic/afg.htm|title=All-Africa Games|work=GBR Athletics|publisher=Athletics Weekly|accessdate=16 September 2019}} and the silver medal at the 1996 African Championships,{{cite web|url=http://www.gbrathletics.com/ic/afc.htm|title=African Championships|work=GBR Athletics|publisher=Athletics Weekly|accessdate=16 September 2019}}

His personal best throw was 79.64 metres, achieved at the 1993 Summer Universiade in Buffalo.
