Club career
=Inter (youth)=
Born in Milan, Lombardy, Tremolada started his career at Inter. He played a few friendlies for the first team.{{cite news|url=http://www.inter.it/aas/news/reader?N=28631&L=en|title= Training match: Inter 3–3 Chiasso |date=13 February 2008|accessdate=15 October 2010|work=FC Internazionale Milano|publisher=inter.it}}{{cite news|url=http://www.inter.it/aas/news/reader?N=32103&L=en|title= Friendly: Lugano 3–3 Inter |date=5 September 2009|accessdate=15 October 2010|work=FC Internazionale Milano|publisher=inter.it}}{{cite news|url=http://www.inter.it/aas/news/reader?N=32370&L=en|title= Friendly: Piacenza 2–1 Inter |date=10 October 2009|accessdate=15 October 2010|work=FC Internazionale Milano|publisher=inter.it}} He won the 2009–10 UEFA Champions League as an unused member of the first team squad,{{Cite news|url=http://www.inter.it/aas/news/reader?N=32079&L=en|title= Inter submits UCL player list to UEFA |date=1 September 2009|accessdate=12 September 2010|work=FC Internazionale Milano|publisher=inter.it}} in which the team named him as one of the U21 youth product in the list.{{Cite news|url=http://www.inter.it/aas/news/reader?N=29702&L=en|title= 2008/09 UCL: Inter's players for group stage |date=1 September 2008|accessdate=12 September 2010|work=FC Internazionale Milano|publisher=inter.it}}
He was the joint-top scorer in the Allievi Nazionali under-17 team in the 2007–08 season (along with Sulaiman Sesay Fullah),{{cite web|url=http://giovanili.inter.it/aas/campionato?stagione=2007/08&IDC=2&L=en|title=Championship ALLIEVI NAZIONALI 2007/08 |accessdate=19 September 2011|work=FC Internazionale Milano|publisher=inter.it}} this was because previous top scorer Mattia Destro had been promoted to Primavera under-20 team and played less regularly in Allievi Nazionali.

He played his fourth Serie B match in November and only played four more times in the second half of the 2010–11 season.
On 24 June 2011 he returned to Inter along with Mei and Piacenza bought back Lussardi and Colombi.

International career
Tremolada was a regular member of Azzurrini U19 team, playing almost all matches from 2008 to 2010. The U19 (born 1991) team's season was started early due to the exit of the previous age group (born 1990 U19 team) in October 2008. Tremolada made his U19 team debut along with Inter teammates Mattia Destro and Luca Caldirola (who were U19 regulars too), winning against Romania 3–1 in December 2008.{{Cite news|url=http://sport.repubblica.it/news/sport/calcio-amichevole-under-19-italia-romania/3460354|title=CALCIO, AMICHEVOLE UNDER 19: ITALIA-ROMANIA 3–1 |date=17 December 2008|accessdate=13 September 2010|newspaper=la Repubblica |publisher=Gruppo Editoriale L'Espresso|language=Italian}}{{Cite news|url=http://archiviostorico.gazzetta.it/2008/dicembre/18/taccuino_ga_10_081218028.shtml|title=taccuino|date=18 December 2008|accessdate=12 September 2010|newspaper=La Gazzetta dello Sport|publisher=RCS MediaGroup|language=Italian}}{{Cite press release|url=http://www.inter.it/aas/news/reader?N=30446&L=en|title= Under-19 call-ups for 4 Primavera players |date=11 December 2008|accessdate=12 September 2010|publisher=F.C. Missing a friendly in October, he played all 3 matches in qualifying and the next 3 friendlies. In the elite round, he also played all 3 matches, but only one as a starter. That match he scored a goal against Northern Ireland.
