Luther Palmer (born July 20, 1949) is a former American football player and coach.{{cite web|url=https://www.profootballarchives.com/playerp/palm01400.html|title=Luther Palmer|publisher=Pro Football Archives|access-date=October 18, 2018}} He served as the head football coach at Virginia University of Lynchburg in 2013.
