Lygodactylus regulus, the prince dwarf gecko, is a species of gecko. It is endemic to Mozambique and only known from Mount Namuli.{{NRDB species |genus=Lygodactylus |species=regulus |access-date=1 May 2024}} It occurs at elevations between {{convert|1200|and|1800|m|abbr=on}} above sea level and seems to rely on forest and dense woodland; although it has been encountered in modified habitats, it is unclear whether it can persist in such habitats.
Adult males measure {{convert|38–39|mm|in|2|abbr=on}} and adult females {{convert|38–40|mm|in|2|abbr=on}} in snout–vent length.
