She began uploading private videos in 2012.

Her debut came in 2015 with Of Love & Rain. The title track, "Alaska", was inspired by John Green's book Looking for Alaska. The song was composed by Eden Atwood, who is also from Montana.
Following this, Of the Sea was released in 2016. Around the same time, she covered Radiohead's "Creep" as part of Scott Bradlee's Postmodern Jukebox (PMJ), marking the beginning of a close collaboration with the group.

Born to a father who works as a doctor and a mother involved in real estate sales, an early passion for music, especially jazz, began to develop around the age of six.
