Maculabatis randalli, the Arabian banded whipray, is a species of stingray in the family Dasyatidae.Last, P.R., B.M. Manjaji-Matsumoto and A.B.M. Moore, 2012. Himantura randalli sp. nov., a new whipray (Myliobatoidea: Dasyatidae) from the Persian Gulf. Zootaxa 3327:20–32.

It is native to the Persian Gulf. It reaches a length of {{convert|41.2|cm|in|abbr=on}}.

Etymology

The ray is named in honor of John E.
