MOB Lashkar Gah is a former International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) Main Operating Base located in Lashkargah District, Helmand Province, Afghanistan.
The base was formerly used by Task Force Helmand HQ until 9 August 2013{{cite web|url=https://www.gov.uk/government/news/task-force-helmand-hq-leaves-lashkar-gah|title=Task Force Helmand HQ leaves Lashkar Gah|publisher=Ministry of Defence (MoD)|accessdate=20 November 2013}} and was controlled under Operation Herrick (OP H).
