Makanek ({{langx|ar|مَقَانِق}} or {{langx|ar|مُقَانِق}}), also known as Nakanik ({{langx|ar|نَقَانِق}}), is a type of Levantine sausage. The dish can be spiced with pine nuts, cumin, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, vinegar, and may be cooked with wine.
