Manasseh Magok Rundial (born 1950, Koch County- Unity State Bentiu in a Jagei Nuer Section of the western Nuer.{{cite book |last1=Kuyok |first1=Kuyok Abol |title=South Sudan: The Notable Firsts |url=https://books.google.com/books?id=622LCgAAQBAJ |publisher=AuthorHouse |language=en |date=4 September 2015|isbn=9781504943468 }}) is a South Sudanese politician and former speaker of National Legislative Assembly.
Magok is Nuer.{{cite book |last1=Johnson |first1=Hilde F. |title=South Sudan: The Untold Story from Independence to Civil War |url=https://books.google.com/books?id=FbqKDwAAQBAJ |publisher=Bloomsbury Publishing |language=en |date=9 June 2016|isbn=9781786730053 }} He joined politics in 1982, and won a Bentiu constituency seat in Southern Sudan regional assembly. After 1985 he became governor of Upper Nile State. In 1990s he joined National Congress Party, but resigned in 2005.
Magok served as speaker from August 2013 to 4 August 2016.
