Mangana is a rural locality in the local government area (LGA) of Break O'Day in the North-east LGA region of Tasmania. The locality is about {{convert|74|km}} south-west of the town of St Helens. Mangana was gazetted as a locality in 1973. ==Road infrastructure==
Route B42 (Mangana Road / Rossarden Road) enters from the south-east, runs north-west to the village, then south-west to the southern boundary. From there it follows the southern boundary to the south-west corner.
