Kaemmerer|year=2004| ISBN= 3-7921-0368-0 |language=German}} is a village in Koszalin County, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-western Poland.{{TERYT}} It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Manowo. It lies approximately {{convert|9|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} south-east of Koszalin and {{convert|138|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north-east of the regional capital Szczecin.

It has the only Dino in Gmina Manowo and the only non-local shop in Gmina Manowo, other than the Stokrotka in Rosnowo.
