Marc H. Simon is an American filmmaker and entertainment attorney.

He created, wrote and produced After Innocence,Burr, Ty (2006) "[http://www.boston.com/ae/movies/articles/2006/02/03/freed_by_dna_but_still_shackled_by_society/ Freed by DNA, but still shackled by society]", Boston Globe, 3 February 2006, retrieved 2011-07-11 which won the special jury award at the 2005 Sundance Film Festival, before going on to receive other recognition, including its selection as a semi-finalist for Best Feature Documentary at the 78th Academy Awards.
