Marcellus Graeme Boss (January 24, 1901 – March 21, 1967) was an interim Governor of Guam from November 14, 1959, until his resignation on August 22, 1960.{{cite book|title=Britannica Book of the Year|publisher=Encyclopædia Britannica, Inc.|location=Chicago|date=1961}}
Boss first entered Guamanian administration with a 1957 appointment by President Dwight D. Eisenhower to the post of Secretary of Guam.{{cite news|url=https://www.nytimes.com/1957/10/30/archives/president-names-guam-aide.html|title=President Names Guam Aid|date=30 October 1957|work=The New York Times|pages=20|accessdate=1 October 2009}} He also served as a Republican member of the Kansas State Senate{{Cite web |url=http://www.kslib.info/legislators/membb3.html |title=Kansas Legislators Past and Present |access-date=2011-07-30 |archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20110725013407/http://www.kslib.info/legislators/membb3.html |archive-date=2011-07-25 |url-status=dead }} prior to becoming involved in the government of Guam.
