Margrit Olfert, née Herbst (born 10 February 1947 in Magdeburg) is a retired East German athlete{{Cite web |title=Margrit_Olfert at Track and Field Statistics |url=http://trackfield.brinkster.net/Profile.asp?ID=1048&Gender=W |access-date=2023-05-11 |website=trackfield.brinkster.net}} who specialized in the long jump and pentathlete.

She competed for the sports club SC Magdeburg during her active career.
