Marijuana Freedom and Opportunity Act

The Marijuana Freedom and Opportunity Act is legislation that was introduced in the 115 and 116th U.S. Congresses to remove cannabis from the Controlled Substances Act and to establish a Marijuana Opportunity Trust Fund.
