Career

Altiparmakovski started his career with FK Pelister of Bitola.{{Cite web|url=http://macedonianfootball.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=4497:altiparmakovski-on-target-for-skoda-xanthi&catid=33:international&Itemid=223|title=Home}} He signed a five-year deal with Skoda Xanthi on 5 July 2010, but departed the club in May 2013. He then returned to Macedonia and FK Pelister. In January 2014, Altiparmakovski agreed a contract with Paniliakos. Before the 2017 season, he joined Lithuanian A Lyga side Sūduva. Altiparmakovski signed for FK Sarajevo on 7 February 2018.
