Mark Campbell is a Republican political strategist, and former college administrator.
Campbell was Deputy Commerce Secretary in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania serving as Director of Small Business from 1986 to 1987, before striking out as a consultant. He worked on numerous campaigns, including those for George H. W. Bush and George W.
