Mark Joseph Deering (6 March 1900 – 26 April 1973) was an Irish Fine Gael politician.

Early life

Mark Joseph Deering was born on 6 March 1900 in Milltown, Dunlavin, County Wicklow. Rugby

Political career

Deering first stood for election at the 1951 general election but was not successful. He was elected to Dáil Éireann as a Fine Gael Teachta Dála (TD) for the Wicklow constituency at the 1953 by-election caused by the death of Thomas Brennan of Fianna Fáil.{{cite web|url=https://www.oireachtas.ie/en/members/member/Mark-Deering.D.1953-06-18/|title=Mark Deering|work=Oireachtas Members Database|access-date=6 December 2008}}

Death

Deering died on 26 April 1973. He was buried in Hollywood, County Wicklow.
