Andrew Mark Dreher (born 27 March 1961) is a former Australian rules footballer who played with Collingwood in the Victorian Football League (VFL).

Three of Dreher's his first four appearances with Collingwood came in the 1979 finals series.{{cite web|url=http://afltables.com/afl/stats/players/M/Mark_Dreher.html| title=Mark Dreher| publisher=AFL Tables}} After debuting in round 20, Dreher played in a qualifying final, semi final and preliminary final. During the 1981 VFL season Dreher was almost part of the trade that saw Warwick Irwin go from Fitzroy to Collingwood.The Age, [http://www.news.google.com/newspapers?nid=1300&dat=19810528&id=ujdVAAAAIBAJ&sjid=wJQDAAAAIBAJ&pg=5326,6232102 "Carlson key to making Irwin a Magpie"], 28 May 1981, p. 30 Dreher and teammate Des Herbert, along with over $60,000, were to be given to Collingwood, but he was replaced in the deal by Leigh Carlson.

Against Carlton at Victoria Park in the third round of the 1982, Dreher broke a bone in his neck and although he played out the game he was out of the side with the injury until round 15. His last appearance for Collingwood was their round 20 loss to Melbourne, his seventh game of the season.
