The Marranunggu are an Aboriginal Australian people and language group,{{sfn|Grim|2006|p=287}} of the Northern Territory.

Language

Marranunggu is classified as one of the dialects of the Marranji group of the Western Daly languages, together with Menhthe and Emmi.{{sfn|Marett|Barwick|Ford|2013|p=77}}

Country

The Marranunggu's traditional lands were south of the Daly River.{{sfn|Stanner|1933|p=159}}{{sfn|Rose|2000|p=61}}

According to Norman Tindale's calculations, the Marinunggo had roughly {{convert|250|mi2|km2}} of tribal territory around the area of the Dilke Range and running in a northeasterly direction towards the swamplands of the Daly River.{{sfn|Tindale|1974|p=231}}
