Mario Vittorio "Marvey" Agregado Mariño (born October 3, 1970) is a Filipino politician currently serving as the representative of Batangas' 5th congressional district in the House of Representatives of the Philippines. He first assumed office in 2016 and has since been an active figure in national politics. In addition to his legislative duties, Mariño has held the position of Chairperson of the House Committee on Government Reorganization since 2019, where he has played a crucial role in streamlining government operations.

In 2007, he started his career elected as a councilor for Batangas City, leaving in 2010 after running for the provincial board elections. In 2016, the Batangas's 5th congressional district was created, with Marino being elected a year later, winning the five-way race including congressman Hernando Perez. During the 2022 elections, he ran against Carlito Bisa of the Ang Kapatiran party.
