Mary Beloff is an Argentine jurist and academic, holding the position of Professor of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure at the University of Buenos Aires. The Argentine jurist belongs to the first cohort of professionals trained under the revised academic program of the Faculty of Law at the University of Buenos Aires.

Following a distinguished judicial career at the federal and national levels, as well as in the Supreme Court of Justice of Buenos Aires, she was appointed through a public competitive examination process and subsequently confirmed by the Argentine Senate to the position of General Prosecutor for Criminal Policy, Human Rights, and Community Services at the Office of the Attorney General of the Argentine Republic.

In her capacity as a jurist, she has significantly contributed to national and regional jurisprudence through the direct application of the Convention on the Rights of the Child and other pertinent international instruments within domestic legal frameworks.
