Mary Jean Ramirez Lastimosa ({{IPA|tl|lɐstɪˈmɔsɐ}}) is a Filipina beauty pageant titleholder who won Miss Universe Philippines 2014. She represented the Philippines at Miss Universe 2014 and placed in the Top 10.
