Masjid Alkaff Kampung Melayu (Jawi: مسجد الكافف كامڤوڠ ملايو), is a mosque located in Bedok, within the East Region, Singapore. Built in 1994, the mosque replaces an older mosque built in 1932 by the Alkaff family.

It was the last mosque to be built under the second phase of the Mosque Building Fund scheme that was introduced by the Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura in the 1970s.
The mosque currently also serves as an educational centre, which include religious classes for those who have disabilities or are hearing-impaired.
Architecture
Masjid Alkaff Kampung Melayu is a three-storey building, with an area of around 3,000 square metres. The first level, the ground level, contains the main prayer hall of the mosque. The second level contains the female prayer hall as well as classrooms for religious classes. The third level and the highest, contains offices and a conference hall.
Transportation
The mosque is adjacent to the Bedok North MRT station which is part of the Downtown Line.
