Matteo Rivolta (born 16 November 1991) is a male Italian swimmer. He won bronze medal in 100 metres butterfly at the 2012 European Aquatics Championships.

He competed at the 2012 and 2016 Olympics. At the 2015 European Short Course Championships, he was part of the Italian team that won gold in the men's {{nowrap|4 × 100 m}} medley relay, and won silver in the men's 100 m butterfly. At the 2017 European Short Course Championship, he won the men's 100 m butterfly.

He was part of the Italian team that won gold in the men's {{nowrap|4 × 100 m}} relay in a new championship record of 3:19.76 (with Lorenzo Mora, Nicolo Martinenghi and Alessandro Miressi) and bronze in the men's 4 x 50 m medley relay (with Mora, Martinenghi and Lorenzo Zazzeri). At the 2021 European Short Course championships he won silver in the men's 50 m butterfly and the men's 4 x 50 m medley relay.
