Matthew O'Reilly (1 March 1880 – 13 November 1962) was an Irish politician. A farmer, he was first elected to Dáil Éireann as a Fianna Fáil Teachta Dála (TD) for the Meath constituency at the June 1927 general election.{{cite web|url=https://www.oireachtas.ie/en/members/member/Matthew-O'Reilly.D.1927-06-23/|title=Matthew O'Reilly|work=Oireachtas Members Database|access-date=16 January 2009}} He was re-elected at each subsequent general election until he lost his seat at the 1954 general election.{{cite web|url=http://www.electionsireland.org/candidate.cfm?ID=1644|title=Matthew O'Reilly|work=ElectionsIreland.org|access-date=16 January 2009}} From 1937 to 1948, he was elected for the Meath–Westmeath constituency.

He was educated at Castleknock College.
