Mchenga conophoros is a species of fish in the family Cichlidae. It is endemic to Lake Malawi, where it has been collected around the Nankumba Peninsula in Malawi. Its natural habitat is freshwater lakes.{{FishBase|Mchenga|conophoros|month=October|year=2018}}
