This change uses semantic markup, remove reliance on {{t|font}} (to make it less of a high-risk template), and fixes MOS:LISTGAP issues (to ensure it works as intended, please copy/paste from the edit window). • Add a sentence (This is the consistent with the triggering condition of the filter and written in {{tlx|EFFP|redlink}}, so I believe it should reflect consensus): {{talkquote|In general, "notable people" lists and similar are only meant for people who already have Wikipedia articles about them.}}
