Mediodactylus heteropholis, also known as the Iraqi gecko or Iraqi keel-scaled gecko, is a species of lizard in the family Gekkonidae. It is endemic to northeastern Iraq and western Iran.{{NRDB species|genus=Mediodactylus|species=heteropholis}}
