Megasphaeroceras is an ammonite genus included in Sphaeroceratidae, a family of ammonoid{{cite web | title= Paleobiology Database - Megasphaeroceras | year = | url = https://paleobiodb.org/classic/checkTaxonInfo?taxon_no=15170| access-date = 2017-10-19 }} cephalopods characterized by their spheroidal shells with markedly eccentric coiling, fine ribbing, and complex sutures, known from the Bajocian.
