Mehltheuer is a village and a former municipality in the Vogtlandkreis district, in Saxony, Germany. During World War II, Germany operated a subcamp of the Flossenbürg concentration camp in the village, in which over 300 Jewish women from German-occupied Poland and Hungary were imprisoned as forced labour.{{cite web|url=https://www.gedenkstaette-flossenbuerg.de/en/history/satellite-camps/mehltheuer|title=Mehltheuer Subcamp|website=KZ-Gedenkstätte Flossenbürg|accessdate=3 April 2021}} The prisoners were liberated by American troops in 1945.
