Melicucco ({{Langx|el|Μελικούκος|Melikoúkos}}){{cn|date=May 2019}} is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Reggio Calabria in the Italian region Calabria, located about {{convert|70|km|mi}} southwest of Catanzaro and about {{convert|50|km|mi}} northeast of Reggio Calabria. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 5,024 and an area of {{convert|6.4|km2|mi2}}.
The municipality of Melicucco contains the frazione (subdivision) San Fili ({{Langx|el|Aghia Phyli}}).
Melicucco borders the following municipalities: Anoia, Cittanova, Feroleto della Chiesa, Polistena, Rosarno.
