Menno has won the Red Bull BC One four times, surpassing Hong 10 for the most titles won by a breaker. He won gold at the WDSF World Breaking Championship in 2019{{Cite web |last=Pu |first=Jason |date=12 December 2019 |title=Why Menno is the best b-boy in the world |url=https://glissando.medium.com/why-menno-is-the-best-b-boy-in-the-world-a450b686819a |website=Medium}} and the European Breaking Championship in 2023.{{Cite web |title=European Breaking Championships 2023: B-Boy Menno and B-Girl Nicka claim gold medals in Almeria |url=https://olympics.com/en/news/european-breaking-championships-2023-b-boy-menno-and-b-girl-nicka-claim-gold-med |website=Olympics.com}} He represented the Netherlands in the 2024 Summer Olympics.

Menno was born in Tilburg and began breaking at age twelve.
