Mesalina balfouri is a species of sand-dwelling lizard in the family Lacertidae. The species is endemic to Socotra.{{NRDB species|genus=Mesalina |species=balfouri|accessdate=12 May 2019}}

Etymology

Habitat

The preferred habitats of M. balfouri are rocky areas and shrubland at altitudes of {{convert|0|-|1,045|m|ft|abbr=on}}.

Reproduction

M. balfouri is oviparous.
