Mesoporos is a genus of dinoflagellates belonging to the family Prorocentraceae.{{AlgaeBase genus|name=Mesoporos|id=44899}}

There are two currently accepted species in the genus Mesoporos:

• Mesoporos parthasarathicus {{small|Subrahmanyan}}
• Mesoporos perforatus {{small|(Gran) Lillick}}
