Mglinsky District ({{langx|ru|Мгли́нский райо́н}}) is an administrativeLaw #13-Z and municipalLaw #3-Z district (raion), one of the twenty-seven in Bryansk Oblast, Russia. It is located in the west of the oblast. The area of the district is {{convert|1088|km2|sp=us}}. Its administrative center is the town of Mglin.
