Michael Fengler (born 14 November 1940) is a German film producer, director and screenwriter.{{cite web|url=https://www.filmportal.de/person/michael-fengler_751a86abcd144d0b896cda24e74f749c |title=Michael Fengler |work=Film Portal |access-date=20 March 2021}} In 1970, along with Rainer Werner Fassbinder, he co-directed the film Why Does Herr R. Run Amok?. It was entered into the 20th Berlin International Film Festival.
