Michael Edwin Vickers (born 13 January 1929)Who's Who 1992 “(London, A & C Black {{ISBN|0-7136-3514-2}}) is a retired English clergyman. He served as area Bishop of Colchester from 1988 to 1994.

In retirement he continues to serve the Diocese of Blackburn as an Assistant Bishop.

He owns a photograph of his great-great-great-grandmother who is the earliest-born authenticated person to appear in a photograph. Mary Buckingham (born in 1750) died, aged 101, in 1851. The photograph was taken c.1850.
